Nutritional Information and Directions For Heroes Pre-XTR Pre-Workout

Take one rounded scoop (15g) 30 minutes before your workout with 150ml – 200ml of water, for extreme workouts and once you have got used to the single scoop try one and a half to 2 rounded scoops.

After 6 to 8 weeks take a break from pre-workout and use our Heroes BCAA Amino Intra during your workouts if you are not already.
