Directions for use:
- Training days: Take one scoop (30g) post-workout and one scoop between meals, mixed with 300ml water.
Serious lifters: Use 1.5–2 scoops per serving. - Non-training days: Take one scoop between breakfast and lunch, and one scoop between lunch and dinner.
For Serious Lifters take 1.5 to 2 scoops per serving
